Curbing my Excitement

Curbing is a popular yard garnish here. And it looks nice. Adds value to your home. See www.artisticborders.com if you're unsure of what curbing is. To me, prior to being a Fl-R-i-deean, curbing was what you tried not to run over in your car. Here it's concrete borders tinted colors people put around their flower beds. Don't know why it's so popular. Perhaps because St. Augustine is a spreader and gets thick and hard to deal with in places you don't want it. Anyhoo, got my curbing estimate today. Don't fall over from sticker shock. $1300. What a deal. I'm happy. I know, I live in a toenail clipper neighborhood and now I want $1300 toenail polish. Good grief.

I'm also curbing my excitement because I have 2 (count 'em 1, 2) interviews lined up next week with 2 companies I am very interested in. I've already made my list of pros and cons to each. What would be fantastic would be to walk away next week with 2 offers in hand and have to make a decision. Well, I won't blab on and on about them...I'm superstitious. Let's just say I'm excited and will probably suffer from OCD house cleaning to channel some excessive energy in the next few days...oh and more gardening....
